WARNINGS

1. If your photo/video is selected as a winner for the monthly contest, we will post it on Rattan Ebike social media and notify you via email.
2. By entering the contest, you grant Rattan Ebike permission to use your photo/video in our newsletter, emails, website, printed materials, social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), and any other promotional materials distributed by Rattan Ebike.
3. Our staff may make slight alterations to the photo in order to fit our site, marketing materials, or email newsletters properly. Please note that entry into the contest does not guarantee that your photo will be featured on Rattan Ebike`s channels. Rattan Ebike reserves the right to modify, terminate, or suspend any photo submission period at any time and for any reason.
4. Entries must be submitted by the original photographer. Please do not submit a photo taken by someone other than yourself. You must be the sole owner of the copyright of any image submitted. By submitting the photo and entry form, you guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder of the photo.
5. These terms and conditions shall benefit and be binding upon the parties and their heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns. By submitting a photo, entrants grant Rattan Ebike staff the right to publish the submitted photo(s), the entrant's name, and the name and/or location of the subject of the photo. Entrants represent and warrant that their entries are original to them, have not been previously published, and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
6. Each entrant acknowledges that he or she has read, understands, and will abide by all official rules.
7. The decision of Rattan Ebike in all matters relating to the rules and administration of this photo submission contest shall be final.
